She was working for a family that owned one, and the dog came to my house for a few hours. He was a brown Porti, and I had never heard of the breed before. brown pwdThis dog’s name was Cocoa. He followed me all over the house, watching my every move. He would jump and play, even on furniture, and we’d a great time together. His owners have now trained him not to go on furniture.

Cocoa spent four days at my place a few months later.  We housesat the dog to help the other family. They were going to Tahoe, and dogs were not permitted at the place where they were going to be staying. Those four days were a lot of fun, and I bonded with this dog very well.
