If you ask yourself if we should ban certain breeds of dogs there is no real answer to the question as people are divided on this subject.I think that banning of certain breed is really not a reality but a fantasy world that people live in.
You can’t ban certain breeds because of the millions ofblended breed dogs out there and it is unfair to state that this breed should be banned because of its’ tendency to bite because in all fairness all dogs bite no matter what breed.I think majority of people that want certain breeds banned are afraid of the breed and do not want to have to deal with them.
If you ban breeds that means you are basically banning all dogs. Why pick on a certain breed when all dogs bite? Like the German Shepherd has a tendency to bite because of it’s herding instinct,a guard dog like the Mastiff has a tendency to bite because it was bred to be guardian of property and so many other dogs like these are rarely picked on or banned.
I have to state this isn’t the fault of the dog but of the owner who create this issue in the first place by not properly training their dog or treating the dog poorly. You should know when to allow your dog to defend you and your property and when to stop.If you are not home when your dog attacks then you have to make sure that he can’t get out of the house.
In the end if the right steps are taken by the owners this would not be an issue and we wouldn’t have the threat of breed banning. We would also not have so many fearful people because animals can smell fear.
As you can see breed banning isn’t really feasible in this day and age economically.Think of it this way breeders who breed these dogs do it out of love and not for the money but they’re home-based business owners who need to have income coming in to feed their families. You take away the breed that they’re breeding you take away the food from their families.Raising puppies is a lot of hard work just like raising kids and these breeders deserve a chance toprove there governments wrong about the breeds that are being banned.
