Older Portuguese Water Dog playing with Puppy

Q1 :  I have a two disabled 9 months of age (30 lbs/19 inches) of a Girlie  and 9 years (60 lbs/22inches) Briya. They get along most of the time. Occasionally the young dog is very aggressive toward the older dog. Which will run alongside it and nips at  the ears,  or grab her forelegs higher, etc … The dog has always been very kindly to the younger and less one who is taking her food, she makes everything … Both are fixed and not at all aggressive towards humans … Do I make them get along or do I turn off ?
Master: Yes! Some dogs do a great job of “playing police” and others are not puppies. Some dogs will take anything the  puppy dishes out to the point that the dog seeks greater. Some adult dogs puppies over to reprimand point of pursuing the pups. Question 2: I have a 2-5 year old male intact. After my husband returned from a long deployment, we had what I aggression within a problem domain. Our package was in chaos, and our boy had been expelled from the # 2 to # 3 and had lost his privileges had bed with me for quite some time. Fighting for package position, our boy lashed out at a couple of times. My question is do you think that helps with sterilization would help with the  dominance aggression problem? And if I had to add another PWD to our family, what would yousuggest sex  or no matter the sex?
Question 3: Whatrecommendations do you have for nonaggressive methods of establishment of humans in the household package as leaders? I live in a multiPWD household that changes from time to time and are between 4 and 6. Disabled at any time … is most problematic when introducing new people in the household (adult children, grandchildren). The dogs do not always “respect” for the newcomers. What can I do, what can I teach people the new helping to establish / maintain order?

TheSay of our domestic dogs that live in groups in homes is absolutely  artificial. It forces us to live in the dogs groups according to our arbitrary designations. There is no choice for the dog. Then inflict wolf behavior paradigms on them. Moreover, even most of the misreading wolf behavior we use (ie the alpha roll).
